A non-profit project seeking to create a community of professionals and organisations to compile and disseminate Good Management Practices. We want to make personal experience visible and standardise access to knowledge so that other professionals can benefit free of charge.

Good Management Practices are measures that have worked in a specific organisation. Ideas that have been implemented and that have helped professionals in some way. They are management-related initiatives, regardless of the sector in question, the department, or the nature of the organisation.

They are not good clinical practices, their results do not have to be measured, and they are not scientific. They are the personal experiences of professionals gained as they do their job.

You know when someone says “I did this and it helped me…”.

Well, GMPs are just that: loads of wisdom, personal experiences, a real live MBA.
